The remote villages where we take the gospel don't have clean water. Locals wash and drink from ponds and rivers
but these pits have serpents, frogs and even dead rats in them. This makes people, especially children,
sick with skin sores and stomach problems. The manual cost for digging and installing a bore well to serve an entire village is $1500. Can you help? Together, we can give a gift of clean water and the
hope of the gospel where both are needed.
This visionary project was birthed following the discovery of a large number of the uneducated boys and girls, the majority of whom are school dropouts with limited access to skilling or training opportunities in the rural areas where we take the gospel.
The program seeks to provide young people with digital literacy skills, empower them to harness technology for innovation and to promote economic development.
With the increasing demands for digital skills, we hope that equipping the vulnerable young people with computer knowledge can be a crucial tool in breaking the yoke of dependence and the vicious cycle of poverty in the people we serve. With $200 you can sponsor an entire computer
course for a hopeless youth in a remote village. Can you help? A small charity has a big impact.
There is absolutely no quick access to basic necessities of health care in the remote villages
where we take the gospel. You can find a poor pregnant woman walking miles on foot to locate a so called nearest health facility for her scheduled prenatal appointment.
Many give birth on the roads alone while others die in the process for not getting emergency clinical care that is needed. With your help we can reduce
the shocking number of dying women and children in rural Uganda by establishing health
units where the need is greatest.
The villages where we evangelize and plant churches are very remote and hard to reach. There's no access to public transportation in such places.
It is hard, as pastors who lead these local churches have to walk very long distances on foot trying to follow up and disciple new converts.
Recently, a generous donor helped purchase 6 brand new motorbikes for the ministry. However, we still need more because every new local church we plant calls for a new bike to help ease the pastor's work.
For if the people we lead to Christ do not develop the spiritual maturity they need to grow beyond the basics of salvation,
the first step of which is confession, we are laboring in vain. Want to donate a motorbike? A brand new motorbike costs only $1540 in Uganda.
